Stone Eagle, the Kansas City hard blues-rock band, just released a single called “Sirens.”

Stone Eagle is a band who I have previously described as being purely a powerhouse - and “Sirens” sure as hell continues in this vein.

In December of last year, the band released an EP called Backside of the Mountain. Their EP holds a fusion of blues, rock ‘n’ roll, and soul. It is captivating in its hypnosis.

“Sirens” shares these characteristics with its prevalent groove and drive that supports the track. The lyrics detail a tale of temptation, regret, and betrayal.

I have seen the band perform this song live, and the energy from the studio track translates to their live shows, too. Truly a powerhouse of a band.

Stone Eagle’s next show will be in Peculiar, MO at Rob and Sarah’s 4/20 BLOWOUT! show performing alongside Full Stack Fury, Copper Still, Burn The Gates, and Beneath The Skin.
